OFFICE OF CULTURAL AFFAIRS PROGRAMS AND SERVICES
The Office of Cultural Affairs advocates the work of local artists, performers and writers; supports and serves as the municipal interface for local arts organizations between the City of Charleston and the broader community; and maintains partnerships with the Charleston County School District to provide arts education opportunities to area students.
