Art Submissons For Spring Art Show -ASSOCIATED ARTISTS OF SOUTHPORTThe show is open to two- and three-dimensional
works of art by artists 18 years and older. Work
must be original, entirely the work of a single
artist, executed within the last three (3) years, and
not shown in a previous AAS Spring Show.
Photography, computer-generated/altered imagery,
airbrush, fiber arts, furniture, decorative, and tole
painted pieces will not be accepted. AAS reserves
the right to reject any entry that requires special
installation or care.

CONDITIONS
All work must be hand delivered Friday, February
26, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. Entries must remain for
the duration of the show (unless sold) and be
removed from the gallery Sunday, March 28, 1:00
- 3:00 pm. Works not picked up will be returned
at the risk and expense of the artist.
• All work must be for sale. A commission of 20%
for members and 30% for non-members will be
deducted from all sales.
• All two-dimensional works must be framed,
wired, and ready to hang. No sawtooth hangers.
• Gallery wrapped canvas must be at least 1.25″
thick and all edges must be painted.
• Plexiglas is required for pieces over 30″ in any
direction.
• Maximum framed size cannot exceed 48″ in any
direction.
• Three-dimensional work must not exceed 50 lbs.
• Work needing special installation, for example,
lighting, or water will not be accepted.

LIABILITY
Entries will be handled with every care, but the
Associated Artists of Southport will not be
responsible for loss or damage from any cause.
Submitting a work of art shall imply an agreement
on the part of the artist to the conditions set forth in the prospectus.
