ACBA has an exciting opportunity in a dynamic environment for a Grant-Proposal Writer.

Working with the development team, the grant writer is responsible for writing federal, state, local and foundation grants, and corporate proposals for ACBA.

The American College of the Building Arts educates and trains artisans in the traditional building arts to foster exceptional craftsmanship and encourage the preservation, enrichment, and understanding of the worlds’ architectural heritage through a liberal arts education.

QUALIFICATIONS: Strong understanding of the proposal and grant process is requested including strong writing, proofreading, editing and organizational skills.

Ability to communicate with Development team. Experience working in grant/proposal development or related field, preferably in not-for-profit or college setting.

Ability to work under strict deadlines; ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency Microsoft Office.

Bachelors degree required.

WORK SCHEDULE: Part-time

RATE OF PAY: non-paid
