Marketing Project Manager - Trident Technical College

This position requires a bachelor’s degree and (4) four years relevant program experience. Demonstrated success in a responsible management position with fiscal and supervisory responsibilities is preferred, and ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate established marketing relationships within the Charleston manufacturing community. This position will manage functional aspects of program delivery to include marketing strategies and development.

SALARY: Commensurate with education and experience based on SC pay band 7 with a salary range of $44,825-$82,930.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Performing industry needs assessments, implementing programs to address the needs identified, conducting strategic planning, environmental scanning, market and statistical analysis and proposal review. This position focuses on assisting Trident Technical College in understanding the training needs as industry responds to changes in the economy and developing programs to meet these needs. Responsibilities also include negotiating with business, industrial, civic and community leaders to determine training needs and contractual arrangements, and developing proposals designed to meet training needs and workforce development.
